Passende Ärmel... / Matching Sleeves...

Komisch, wie lange man manchmal braucht, bis man solche offensichtlichen Dinge erkennt, wie z.B. dass das Muster der Ärmel nicht zu Rücken- und Vorderteil passen wird.
Ich habe alle Teile brav zu Ende gestrickt, gespannt, die Fäden vernäht...kurz vor dem Zusammennähen dämmerte es mir dann so langsam, dass da irgendwas nicht stimmt. Zum Glück war es nicht allzu viel Arbeit, die Armkugeln und ein kleines Stück davor wieder aufzuribbeln (die Ärmel waren sowieso ein Stück zu lang) und den Teil nochmal zu stricken.

It's funny how long it takes sometimes until you realise obvious things like: Oh no! The pattern of the sleeves won't match the pattern of the back and front.
I knit the whole thing, blocked it, wove in the loose ends...shortly before i wanted to sew the pieces together i noticed that there's something wrong...
Luckily it didn't take me very long to rip the top of the sleeves out (they were a bit too long anyway) and knit them again.
